We all know a ‘protein enriched’ diet will help to lose weight and eating breakfast will stimulate metabolism. This is not new research, they just added that it wouldn’t hurt to have dessert for breakfast as long as you eat a good breakfast….including the protein and fats to stimulate ghrelin and appetite signals.

Beware of the sugars and the excuses made to include them in our lives!
