Endocrine and reproductive system

These foods make and stimulate our chemical messengers – hormones. Hormones are made up of protein, cholesterol and minerals. Hormones act as communicators to many areas of the body (thyroid, ovaries, testes, heart, adrenal glands, pineal gland etc ).
