Liver

These foods contain liver protective nutrients which also support the liver detoxification pathways:

  • Organic butter
  • Essential fatty acids (i.e. fish oils)
  • Avocado, olive oil, evening primrose oil
  • Protein foods (especially lamb which is high in glutathione antioxidant)
  • Green leafy vegetables
  • Sulphur containing foods such as garlic, onion, wild rocket
