These foods contain liver protective nutrients which also support the liver detoxification pathways:
- Organic butter
- Essential fatty acids (i.e. fish oils)
- Avocado, olive oil, evening primrose oil
- Protein foods (especially lamb which is high in glutathione antioxidant)
- Green leafy vegetables
