CCC smoothie

Cut the fat with this fat burning and delicious smoothie!

Ingredients

  • Raw whole full cream milk or malt free organic and GMO free soy milk, rice or oat milk
  • 5 heaped tablespoons undenatured whey protein isolate
  • 1 heaped teaspoon 100% organic cocoa powder
  • 3 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 1 heaped tsp of cinnamon powder
  • Raw agave nectar to taste

Method

Add all ingredients to blender. Add a little ice if you desire. Blend together until well combined.
