Hydration formula

Stay hydrated with this easy to make formula for the sport star in all of us.

Ingredients

  • —1 litre filtered water
  • 15-30mls lemon juice
  • 15-30mls apple cidar vinegar
  • 1 tsp rapadura
  • 2/3 tsp honey
  • 60mls organic grape/apple juice
  • Mineralised salt (i.e. Salt of the earth sea salt)

Extras

  • —  Celery juice (hydration)
  • —  Vitamin C powder (energy)

Method

Add all ingredients together and adjust to taste.

  • Lemon juice: helps drive water into cells

  • Rapadura: glucose replenishment
  • Honey: slow release energy
  • Organic grape/apple juice: antioxidant, DNA protective
