- 250gm organic butter (contains good fats used as fuel for probiotics and promote healthy gut
- 50mls avocado or olive oil ( anti-inflammatory and antioxidant)
- Mucosal butter
- 50ml/50gm coconut oil ( antibacterial, anti-fungal, good source of fuel for gut flora
- *1 tablespoon slippery elm powder ( soothes an irritated gut lining)
- *1 tablespoon powdered probiotics ( replenishes and promotes healthy gut flora)
- *1 tablespoon aloe vera gel ( from the plant) ( soothes and repairs gut lining)
Blend together thoroughly and refrigerate. Take 1-2 tablespoons daily ( you can build up to this). Take for 10 days. Take 1 tablespoon daily for maintenance.
