Orange and fennel oven baked salmon with steamed vegetables.
Wrap salmon in aluminium foil with orange slices and fennel herb (top of the bulb). Bake salmon in oven for 10-15mins.
Steam broccoli, fennel bulb (sliced), beetroot , carrots, sunflower seeds and serve drizzled with avocado or olive oil, fresh lemon and crumbled goats fetta.
