Slow food chicken legs

  • 8-10 Organic Chicken legs (skinless)
  • 2 tsp ground cumin
  • 2 tsp ground turmeric
  • 1 tsp fennel seeds, 1 tsp mustard seeds ground
  • 1 tsp ground coriander
  • 4 onions chopped roughly
  • 400ml water/vegetable stock

Place in slow cooker. Allow to cook for approximately 8 hrs. Serve with wild and basmati rice and freshly steamed Asian greens or broccoli.
