- 8-10 Organic Chicken legs (skinless)
- 2 tsp ground cumin
- 2 tsp ground turmeric
- 1 tsp fennel seeds, 1 tsp mustard seeds ground
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 4 onions chopped roughly
- 400ml water/vegetable stock
Place in slow cooker. Allow to cook for approximately 8 hrs. Serve with wild and basmati rice and freshly steamed Asian greens or broccoli.
