Slow food lamb

  • 500gm-1kg Lamb (diced largely)
  • 1 Sweet potato chopped roughly (skin on)
  • 2 potatoes
  • 2 carrots
  • 2 onions
  • 2 tsp turmeric powder (organic if possible)
  • 1 tsp ginger powder
  • 2 tsp garam masala
  • 1 tsp ground coriander
  • 1 pinch cayenne
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 400ml water or stock

Roughly chop all vegetables.  Place in slow cooker . Cook on low for 8 hrs (approx). Serve with brown rice, fresh coriander and a dollop of natural yoghurt!
