- 500gm-1kg Lamb (diced largely)
- 1 Sweet potato chopped roughly (skin on)
- 2 potatoes
- 2 carrots
- 2 onions
- 2 tsp turmeric powder (organic if possible)
- 1 tsp ginger powder
- 2 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 1 pinch cayenne
- 4 cloves garlic
- 400ml water or stock
Roughly chop all vegetables. Place in slow cooker . Cook on low for 8 hrs (approx). Serve with brown rice, fresh coriander and a dollop of natural yoghurt!
